Shop

(*This post is sponsored by Everlane – thank you for supporting the brands that help support my blog!)

Hey friends!
Wanted to share a really cool shop with you called Everlane, and not only am I digging the classic and quality pieces they sent over for me to try out and share with y’all, but their mission and methods are pretty darn inspiring, too.  Everlane’s company mission as stated on their site is: “We believe we can all make a difference.  Our way: exceptional quality, ethical factories, and radical transparency.”  They share behind-the-scenes pricing information with the consumer, they are open and upfront about their factories, and they choose ethical practices in their production methods.  Such a cool concept and one I respect…plus their clothes are yum!  Here are a few of my faves!

Hands down, this was my favorite of the bunch.  LOVED this universally flattering v-neck dress, because I can Mom so hard in it, I can get my date-night on in it, and its shape and color can go from season to season.  The wide sleeves are flattering for when we aren’t quite ready for summer arms yet 😉, and the higher cut + gathered fabric at the waist provide coverage and camouflage for either post-baby leftovers or that dinner ya just scarfed down.  I felt comfortable AND confidently pretty wearing this little number!

Here are a couple other fun pieces that could transition from summer into fall so easily!  Their newly released popover in a dusty blue is classically cut and comfortable with those wide sleeves and crisp lines, and I paired it with their mid-rise ankle length jean.  LOVED how their website lets you view denim on multiple different sized models so you can really get a true picture of how it could fit on your exact body type–genius!
Sizing:
Popover top: 0
Mid-rise jeans: 28

Stepped out of my skinny jean comfort zone to try Everlane’s super popular wide leg crop in a golden yellow color, and I’m kinda diggin’ it for the upcoming fall season!  Very comfortable, especially when paired with their light, airy U-neck tee.  I could Mom so hard in this outfit while still feeling put together with a touch of the unexpected.
Sizing:
U-neck tee: M
Wide leg pant: 4

Overall I was so impressed with this company’s mission statement, website and product, and I’d definitely recommend them as a place to start thinking about slow fashion, ethical practices and transparent pricing when shopping!  Plus…that red dress was just so YUM!  And, as promised, the outtakes below.  I am SO a profesh style blogger, guys…. 😑 😂

So cute! Everlane is a great company. If you haven’t checked out Carly Jean Los Angeles, you should visit their Instagram page. I found them a few months ago and thought of you because they are designed to be classic capsule pieces that are made well. Most of their products are also made in L.A. Thanks for all the joy you share! God bless!
