Notice how each item is worn at least twice in all of these outfits, and I could have kept mixing and matching if I’d had time. If you choose a color palette and items that work together, the amount of outfits you can create from just a small number of items is truly awesome!

The mix and match possibilities are endless, simply because I have covered multiple types of items (shirts, tanks, skirt, dress, jacket, shorts, etc), and the colors all work together making getting ready that much quicker. Keep in mind, these don’t necessarily have to be the colors you work with…just choose your favorites! The point of a capsule wardrobe is to streamline our closets into a smaller number of items that coordinate, fit our lifestyle, are seasonally appropriate and that we love to wear!
