Apparently it was Bring Your Daughter to Work day, because this little one insisted on joining me for a fall try-on…so we changed courses and turned it into a Mommy and me fall outfit sesh together! Thought these ideas could be helpful for building out family picture outfits or for those who are planning for their fall capsule!

Another goal of this little fall outfit try on was to make it mixable and matchable – anything can go with anything pictured here! Love sticking to a fun color palette, because it makes pulling outfits so much easier!

Everything fit true to size, except her jacket is a bit big here since the store didn’t have her size. Love a good utility jacket for a light fall layer, and these were comfy and roomy enough to wear sweaters underneath! Cutest little unicorn shoes, too.

This sweater was in my top two finds of the day, and I love front tucking a cardigan for an unexpected twist on a classic. So soft, so cozy! I ended up going up one size for a roomier fit.

I can’t even with this color combo, and I can’t even w her cuteness! Her choice to take home: these plum flats w velcro straps! Adorbs. My jean jacket here is a great staple for fall and for capsule as well! Everything fit TTS except the pants which were a tad snug….but that could just be bc of all the French toast. 😉

Blush, Camel and Mustard

For a different take on blush pink, try adding it in with mustards and plums and traditional fall colors. It blends so nicely! Loved her little boots, and this sweater (sized up one) was in my top two finds of the day – so soft!!
