One of my girls’ absolute favorite things at this age is to match outfits with each other and with mom. I know it won’t last forever, but while they still think it’s cool, I’m going to do it! Usually, I find matching outfits for one daughter at a time, and I take her out on a special date just me and her. It’s a good way to really SEE just that one child, hear just her little voice, and show her that I value our time together. Nothing super outlandish: right now with everything going on in the world, it’s as simple as a takeout picnic on the floor while we watch a movie and talk and snuggle. We found these Mama and Mini shirts on Etsy [HERE] for a quick little Mother’s Day photo shoot in our back yard, and I love seeing all my little kiddos lined up like ducks in a row. I know they won’t think matching with me or each other is cool forever…but while they do, we’re gonna do it up right!
